DALLAS (Reuters) – The latest Texas man has filed case seeking more than $1 million in damage from two doctors he pronounced were responsible for removing his hearty kidney and leaving a dangerous one in his body.
According to case filed this week in Tarrant District, Glenn Hermes iPhone 5 underwent surgery in '09 at a Fort Worth hospital along with was informed after the procedure associated with doctors had removed the wrong renal. Hermes was "greatly shocked, amazed and depressed, " court documents pronounced. He will likely need to be on dialysis or receive a kidney transplant, the lawyer said.
